N. Kashi Vishwanath brings over 34 years of experience out of which, he has spent 23 years leading Projects, Systems, Operations, Organizational and talent management. He has worked across industries such as manufacturing, tool room, furniture, and academic services.

He has experience implementing, Lean Manufacture, Total Productive Maintenance, ERP systems and Quality management systems using ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. In his last tenure, he was associated with TUV Rheinland India Private limited as AVP – Academy & Life care, additionally audited more than 50 organizations as a Qualified Auditor for ISO 9001.

Kashi is a certified lead auditor ISO 9001 from B.V.Q.I – Bangalore. He is also certified PMP from PM soft, Pune.

K.Venkatesh - Founder & CEO

Sivakumar Ganesan (Siva) is a Delivery Head – RPA/AI. He is a BE(EEE) graduate from PSG Tech, Coimbatore, having 24+ years’ of experience in IT-Software industries across India, US, UK. He started his career as Software Programmer in 1995 and moved up in the Software Application development and maintenance delivery stream. He has played multiple lead roles which includes Delivery Lead, Portfolio Lead/Program manager, Business operation performance management lead, Project manager, solution architect/Consultant. He serviced 14+ years at Cognizant Technology Solutions, 4.5 years at Covansys and 3+ experience in overseas (USA and UK)

BOTs were designed to scatter as Single, Multi and Distributed architecture to support processes executed on same day to multiple days to complete one process.. He also worked on COVID-19 use cases – Claim adjudication , FNOL , Claim process – FMLA/State/Employer {school closure, Quarantine with and without symptoms, RTW (Return To Work), Certificate of HealthCare Provider }
