BOTs were designed to scatter as Single, Multi and Distributed architecture to support processes executed on same day to multiple days to complete one process.. He also worked on COVID-19 use cases – Claim adjudication , FNOL , Claim process – FMLA/State/Employer {school closure, Quarantine with and without symptoms, RTW (Return To Work), Certificate of HealthCare Provider }
